SERVING
- Sandy
- Sandy bench neighborhoods
Installation service areas, not separate branches. Our showroom is in Draper.
A coordinated home can still have different moods.
If your Sandy project includes a bedroom, a gathering space and a powder room, each deserves its own brief. One material repeated everywhere is not the only way to create continuity. We can discuss pattern scale, texture and color alongside the finishes that connect the rooms.
Think about the view from the next room.
Share photos through doorways as well as straight at the wall. A bold pattern may look different from a hallway or an adjoining living area. The transition to painted walls, trim and other finishes should be part of the layout conversation.
For a stair landing or double-height space, include the complete wall shape and access. Those areas need more context than the rectangular measurements used by a preliminary calculator.
Different levels can mean different questions.
For a lower-level room, tell us about the existing wall condition and any history of moisture. For a busy gathering area, discuss cleaning needs before selecting a delicate material. Room use should guide the product review.
We do not cover an unresolved surface or moisture problem with wallpaper. Once the substrate and material are suitable, the scope can include preparation, primer and installation as needed.
Sandy wallpaper questions,
answered.
Can I use different wallpapers in connected rooms?
Yes. Compare scale, color and texture alongside the existing finishes. Wide photos and views through doorways help us understand how the rooms relate before discussing placement.
Can wallpaper be installed in a basement room?
The wall and room conditions need to be suitable for the selected product. Tell us about any moisture history or visible damage. Unresolved water or substrate problems need attention before installation.
Do all rooms need the same preparation?
Not necessarily. Existing texture, repairs, paint and the selected wallcovering can vary from room to room. We assess the requirements rather than treating every wall as identical.

We worked with Broccato on a recent wallpaper mural project and were really happy with how the project turned out. Broccato did an excellent job scoping the project, communicating the timing, and executing the install. The installer was very detail oriented and did exceptional work in navigating several HVAC ducts that had to be worked around. I highly recommend Jake and Jeff's business. Thanks again.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my inquiry for a wallpaper quote was given! I was so used to having to reach out to multiple tradespeople to get help, I expected to need to reach out to others. Communication was prompt, clear, and straightforward. I did need to ask for updates a couple times, but they always responded quickly. The end result was beautiful and the installers were so courteous and professional! They even kept complimenting the outcome and how beautiful it was. You could tell they took pride in their work. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

I interviewed several wallpaper companies before settling on Broccato, and I'm so glad I did. I had a wallpaper that was particularly complicated to install because of the way it was manufactured, but I thought it was perfect for my powder room. My installer was very honest with me about the risks of pattern misalignment on the walls, but the work he did was so meticulous that it looked just the way I hoped it would. I highly recommend the Broccato team and plan to use them again for an even larger wallpaper project.
