Installation service areas, not separate branches. Our showroom is in Draper.
A city of different rooms deserves more than one approach.
Salt Lake City’s Avenues, Capitol Hill and Yalecrest have their own architectural character. A remodel there asks different questions from a downtown condo or a customer-facing business. The useful starting point is the room itself: what should stay, what needs to change and what condition lies beneath the current finish?
Let the original details keep their voice.
If you are keeping picture rails, built-in cabinetry or distinctive trim, show us those details before you order. Pattern scale and placement should work with them. In a smaller room, the view from the doorway may matter more than centering the first strip on an arbitrary corner.
Existing wallpaper or several layers of paint call for an assessment, not an assumption that new paper can cover everything. We can discuss removal and the preparation needed for the selected covering. Wallpaper is a finish, not a repair for unresolved moisture or a failing wall.
A condo installation starts before we reach the wall.
For a downtown apartment or condo, include the building’s working hours, elevator arrangements and material-delivery rules in your inquiry. If the space is furnished, let us know what can be moved and which rooms must remain usable.
Those details help us discuss a practical scope. They do not replace the building’s approval process; coordinate any required permissions with your property manager before confirming work.
Make the room work for the people using it.
A quiet bedroom, a restaurant feature wall and a professional office do not need the same material. We can review the appearance you want alongside the product’s care instructions and the demands of the room. Share any commercial specifications before purchasing the wallcovering.
Visit our Draper showroom with paint, cabinetry or fabric samples, or send the exact product you have already selected. Installation-only and material-selection inquiries both begin with the same short contact step.
Salt Lake City wallpaper questions,
answered.
Can you remove old wallpaper before installing the new one?
We offer wallpaper removal and preparation. The method and extent of repairs depend on the existing covering, adhesive and surface underneath. Send photos first; some conditions can only be assessed during an on-site review or after removal.
Do you install in the Avenues and Sugar House?
Yes, we welcome installation inquiries across Salt Lake City, including the Avenues and Sugar House. Tell us the address and room details so we can discuss the actual scope and confirm scheduling.
Can wallpaper work around my existing picture rail or built-ins?
Often, yes. Include close-up photos and a full view of the wall. We review the pattern layout and transitions around fixed details before deciding how the room should be approached.
Is a powder room too small for an estimate?
No. A compact powder room can involve several corners, fixtures and important pattern decisions. Send the room photos and product details, even if the total wall area seems small.

We worked with Broccato on a recent wallpaper mural project and were really happy with how the project turned out. Broccato did an excellent job scoping the project, communicating the timing, and executing the install. The installer was very detail oriented and did exceptional work in navigating several HVAC ducts that had to be worked around. I highly recommend Jake and Jeff's business. Thanks again.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my inquiry for a wallpaper quote was given! I was so used to having to reach out to multiple tradespeople to get help, I expected to need to reach out to others. Communication was prompt, clear, and straightforward. I did need to ask for updates a couple times, but they always responded quickly. The end result was beautiful and the installers were so courteous and professional! They even kept complimenting the outcome and how beautiful it was. You could tell they took pride in their work. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

I interviewed several wallpaper companies before settling on Broccato, and I'm so glad I did. I had a wallpaper that was particularly complicated to install because of the way it was manufactured, but I thought it was perfect for my powder room. My installer was very honest with me about the risks of pattern misalignment on the walls, but the work he did was so meticulous that it looked just the way I hoped it would. I highly recommend the Broccato team and plan to use them again for an even larger wallpaper project.
