This notice explains how Broccato Wallpaper handles information collected through broccatowallpaper.com, estimate requests, library-access requests and showroom scheduling. Information you share
We collect the name, phone number and email address you submit. Depending on your request, you may also provide a project address, wall measurements, wallpaper details and links, photos, notes and availability. Please do not submit payment-card details, sensitive personal records or photos of people without their permission.
When your request is saved
In the estimate questionnaire, continuing after entering your contact details saves your request so our team can respond even if you do not finish. Later answers update the same request as you complete optional project details. The separate wallpaper calculator works in your browser and does not send its measurements to us unless you share them in a request.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, discuss materials and services, prepare estimates, coordinate visits, provide requested library access and manage your project. Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase or confirm a measuring appointment. It is not consent to unrelated promotional messages.
Hosting, CRM and communications
SiteGround hosts our WordPress website and request records. Form submissions are also sent to GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, our customer relationship and communications platform. Our authorized team can view contact and project details, project summaries and internal comments there. Updates to your questionnaire may update the same CRM record. We use these services to respond to your inquiry by the contact methods you provide and to send library instructions when requested and applicable.
If you receive a text message from us, you may reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. You can also contact us to change your communication preferences. We do not sell your form contact information.
Scheduling, reviews and spam protection
The GoHighLevel / LeadConnector scheduling calendar loads when you choose to open it and processes the booking details you enter. Google reviews are displayed through Common Ninja after you allow external media or choose to load the feed. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network information to help distinguish genuine form requests from spam. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details and cookies or similar identifiers when their features load. Their privacy notices apply to their own processing.
Analytics, advertising measurement and cookies
Necessary storage supports security, administration and remembering your privacy choices. With your permission, Google Analytics measures site traffic and interactions, and Google Ads measures ad-related inquiries. Google Tag Manager manages these measurement tags. We measure events such as page views, saved inquiries, questionnaire completion, library requests and contact-link clicks. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, project addresses, wall measurements, form messages or private request links in these analytics events.
Consented measurement may use browser and device information, page and referring-site information, campaign parameters and advertising identifiers to understand visits and inquiries. Our site does not enable personalized advertising or enhanced conversions through these choices. Optional analytics, advertising measurement and external reviews stay off until you permit them. You can change your choices using Privacy settings in the footer. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, our optional services remain off. Declining optional services does not prevent you from submitting a form.
Access, retention and security
Access to request records and project photos is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers supporting our work. We retain records as needed to respond to inquiries, administer projects and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and its purpose; contact us about a specific record or a deletion request. We use access controls and HTTPS, but no website or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify your identity. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. This website is intended for adults planning wallpaper projects and is not directed to children under 13.
