Wallpaper Installation in Park City, Utah
A mountain home should feel considered down to the last seam. Bring us the room, the material and your arrival plans. We’ll help you turn them into one clear installation scope.

An installation plan that works even when you’re away.
A Park City project can mean an Old Town interior, a vacation-home refresh or a newly finished mountain residence. Those are different briefs—not interchangeable rooms. Tell us whether you live in the home, visit seasonally or work with a property manager. Access, material delivery and the date you need the room back belong in the conversation from the start.
Design around the architecture. Not around a roll.
In a room with timber, stone or a prominent fireplace, the wallpaper has to belong to the composition. We discuss where the pattern should sit, which wall becomes the focal point and how it meets beams, trim and adjoining finishes. For an Old Town remodel, share what is already on the wall so preparation can be assessed before a new covering is selected.
Considering a panoramic mural or a specialty material? Send the maker’s specification and the full wall elevations, not just a cropped inspiration picture. Doors, slopes and built-ins can change the usable design area.
Primary residence, second home or guest-facing space?
For a home you visit between trips, a named on-site contact and an agreed access window make the brief more useful. For a hotel, managed residence or other guest-facing interior, include occupancy restrictions, the room list and any product requirements from your designer or property team.
We can discuss a phased scope instead of assuming every room is available at once. Requested dates are planning information; the team confirms timing after reviewing the walls, material and project requirements.
Feel the material before the mountain drive.
Grasscloth, textured wallcoverings and printed papers read differently beside wood, stone and upholstery. At our Draper showroom, compare samples with the finishes you are keeping. If you have already chosen a Phillip Jeffries, de Gournay, Schumacher or other product, bring its exact name and specification so we can review the installation requirements.
Brand examples are a starting point for discussion, not a claim that every collection is stocked or that a particular brand was used on a Park City project. Confirm current sample and product availability with us.
Park City wallpaper questions,
answered.
Can you help if I don’t live in Park City full-time?
Yes. Tell us who can provide access and which dates matter for your visit. We can review the scope with you and discuss coordination with your local contact. Installation and measuring dates require confirmation; submitting a date does not reserve it.
Do you serve Deer Valley, Promontory and Canyons Village?
We welcome inquiries from these surrounding communities as well as Park City. Share the project address after the initial contact step so the team can confirm access, scope and scheduling for the actual property. We do not have a separate office in each community.
What should I send for a mural on a vaulted wall?
Send the complete wall shape, the highest and lowest dimensions, and the locations of doors, beams and built-ins. Include the mural artwork or product link. A simple rectangular-wall calculation is not a final takeoff for this kind of installation.
Can the room be ready before my next stay?
Tell us your target arrival date early. Material availability, wall preparation, curing time and the team’s schedule determine what is realistic. We confirm a workable plan with you rather than promising a completion date from the online form.

We worked with Broccato on a recent wallpaper mural project and were really happy with how the project turned out. Broccato did an excellent job scoping the project, communicating the timing, and executing the install. The installer was very detail oriented and did exceptional work in navigating several HVAC ducts that had to be worked around. I highly recommend Jake and Jeff's business. Thanks again.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my inquiry for a wallpaper quote was given! I was so used to having to reach out to multiple tradespeople to get help, I expected to need to reach out to others. Communication was prompt, clear, and straightforward. I did need to ask for updates a couple times, but they always responded quickly. The end result was beautiful and the installers were so courteous and professional! They even kept complimenting the outcome and how beautiful it was. You could tell they took pride in their work. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

I interviewed several wallpaper companies before settling on Broccato, and I'm so glad I did. I had a wallpaper that was particularly complicated to install because of the way it was manufactured, but I thought it was perfect for my powder room. My installer was very honest with me about the risks of pattern misalignment on the walls, but the work he did was so meticulous that it looked just the way I hoped it would. I highly recommend the Broccato team and plan to use them again for an even larger wallpaper project.
