Wallpaper Installation in Cottonwood Heights, Utah
Let the pattern follow the room—not fight it. A thoughtful plan makes tall walls, stairways and changing ceiling lines feel composed.

Installation service areas, not separate branches. Our showroom is in Draper.
Look at the whole elevation before choosing the finish.
For a Cottonwood Heights home around Butler Bench, Old Mill or elsewhere in the city, start with the shapes inside your own room. A staircase, a high entry or a wall that changes height deserves more than a width-times-height estimate. We review those transitions alongside the wallpaper you want to use.
A staircase is a layout, not one rectangle.
Show us the wall from the bottom and the top of the stairs. Handrails, landings, ceiling slopes and access all matter. A large repeat may look beautiful in a swatch yet lose its focal point where the wall turns or narrows.
We discuss the installation approach after seeing the actual geometry and access. The online roll calculator is not a final takeoff for a stairwell or a sloped elevation.
Texture needs a decision before the first strip.
If a light-colored paper, fine texture or reflective finish is on your shortlist, send close-up photos of the existing wall. We assess the surface and discuss preparation for that specific covering instead of assuming one primer solves every condition.
For powder rooms and guest spaces, also tell us about ventilation and cleaning needs. Review the manufacturer’s guidance; a decorative covering is not automatically suitable for a wet zone.
Cottonwood Heights wallpaper questions,
answered.
Can you estimate a Cottonwood Heights stairwell from one photo?
One photo can start the conversation, but we may need multiple angles, dimensions and an access review. A tall or sloped wall should not be priced or measured as a simple flat rectangle without those details.
Does my wall need to be smooth?
The required preparation depends on the surface and the wallcovering. Share the texture and exact product so we can discuss a suitable finish rather than promising installation over any existing wall.
Should wallpaper go in before or after new stair trim?
Share the proposed trim work and its schedule. The right sequence depends on how the finishes meet and what is being changed. We can discuss it with your project team before installation is scheduled.
Can I request someone to measure the wall?
Yes. The estimate form lets you request a free measuring visit and suggest availability. Your request is not a confirmed appointment; the team contacts you to agree on a workable time.

We worked with Broccato on a recent wallpaper mural project and were really happy with how the project turned out. Broccato did an excellent job scoping the project, communicating the timing, and executing the install. The installer was very detail oriented and did exceptional work in navigating several HVAC ducts that had to be worked around. I highly recommend Jake and Jeff's business. Thanks again.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my inquiry for a wallpaper quote was given! I was so used to having to reach out to multiple tradespeople to get help, I expected to need to reach out to others. Communication was prompt, clear, and straightforward. I did need to ask for updates a couple times, but they always responded quickly. The end result was beautiful and the installers were so courteous and professional! They even kept complimenting the outcome and how beautiful it was. You could tell they took pride in their work. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

I interviewed several wallpaper companies before settling on Broccato, and I'm so glad I did. I had a wallpaper that was particularly complicated to install because of the way it was manufactured, but I thought it was perfect for my powder room. My installer was very honest with me about the risks of pattern misalignment on the walls, but the work he did was so meticulous that it looked just the way I hoped it would. I highly recommend the Broccato team and plan to use them again for an even larger wallpaper project.
